Juan and staff was pleasant to work with, to finish the paper work took to long to get done. The detailing of the truck before we left was terrible, I believe they rinsed the truck off, wiped the out side paper work took to long to get done. The interior was not touched, windows had smudges, mud and dirt on the passenger floor mat, carpet had lent all over. There was a piece of masking tape on the bed right behind the cab that had to be there for months that and I told the sale department to removed before I took the truck it was there when the truck was brought to us I went ahead and took the truck because the wife and I where hunger and it was late. I was able to remove the tape and clean off the old adhesive the next day. More
