Waited almost 2 hours, only to be told my car did not past inspection and it will cost more than 13,00 fix. I took it somewhere else and all they had to fix was the muffler, the only part that need repla past inspection and it will cost more than 13,00 fix. I took it somewhere else and all they had to fix was the muffler, the only part that need replacement to past inspection and did not even mention it on the report. I don't think they inspected the car at all and I have been going there for past three to four years. I called for explanation and all I got was "I am not the one who look at your car" something like. More

Charging $500+ for front brakes that weren't even needed in order to get a ‘free’ inspection is wrong. It is not okay to take advantage of customers this way.
