The staff are polite, but the work ethic is lacking. 'Half done' seems to be good enough for them. I was not satisfied at all with the "service" I received. I have always loved buying cars from Handy Toyota. Their service department is great and the sales people are very friendly. Todays visit was for an recall. Alan was on top of all my questions and never forgot about the details that I had asked for. I asked for touchup paint for both of my Toyota cars and it was not in stock, so it has been ordered. There’s a reason we keep on going back to Handy Toyota to buy all our cars. More

agreat job with tire rotation inspection. They neglected to tell me I failed two filters. Then sent emails to come back, when it could of been done when I was there.
