agreat job with tire rotation inspection. They neglected to tell me I failed two filters. Then sent emails to come back, when it could of been done when I was there. It lacked attention to detail honestly, mix up in confirming MY service vs MY husband's new truck service. I have a 2023 my husband has a 2020 and scheduling keeps mixing up our accounts. Once my service was done - adding foot step to my truck service forgot to give me back my license plates and when I went back to get them they forgot to give me lug nut that stays with car to rotate tires and didn't tell me radio volume knob part was on back order. Honest mistakes happen but I was surprised the once over before you bring the car to the owner to confirm all is complete. We drive all the way up from Burlington because we want better service than what we witness at Heritage. That is why we bought both of our new trucks from Handys.
