Personable; Professional; Responsive! Car buying doesn't often leave me with a warm, fuzzy feeling. Private sales, used car lots, and yes, even dealers have a considerable advantage over Car buying doesn't often leave me with a warm, fuzzy feeling. Private sales, used car lots, and yes, even dealers have a considerable advantage over buyers and often take advantage of same. Important information is sometimes overlooked or glossed over in the rush to make the sale, close the deal. I did not find this to be the case at Handy Toyota. Rather I found their personnel to be a cut above. From the Sales Manager Kyle Ward to my Salesman, Jason Underwood, to the financial dollars and cents guy, Jaimie Longway each had critical information to share and took the time necessary so that I fully understood the conditions of my lease and all the options of which I could avail myself. Each fielded my questions comprehensively and at no time did I feel pressured. They completed the registration process, contacted my insurance agent to get coverage for the new vehicle, and gave me reasonable value for my trade. To say I was pleased is an understatement. I strongly recommend these guys and gals to anyone considering buying or leasing a Toyota. For me, a Montpelier resident, it was well worth the 62+ mile drive. More
