Horrible service! Gave us a list of all the things wrong with our vehicle when we brought it in to check one possible issue. Brought to another mechanic and was shown none of these issues even existed. Waited over 2 hours at Handy's when our truck was done in 1 hour. They made us sit there for and extra hour for no reason and never fixed the issue. Brought it to Handy's in August for inspection and all good then and by November we had all these issues. Tried to contact the manager many times and he has never returned any of our calls. Very distraught about these issues. People should have trust in a dealership especially since we have bought 7 vehicles from them. Ali in sales is awesome but the service department needs honest people. We will never return to Handy's in xx Albans. More
