Over all I must say they've done good by me. Especially with my warranty for my Hybrid Rav 4. It has been SO helpful. And Alan Brown was very attentive and got things done nicely. We could have used some plastic sheeting or cardboard to put my removed Winter tires on but it was easily cleaned up...
