Check in was typical with no surprises. However, the wait time for oil change and tire rotation was long. Car in at 9:00 and out at 10:40. Also, the amount of paper to show the overall MPI inspection is cumbersome, Give me the option of emailing it. Save a tree. This appointment was rescheduled by me because they canceled it since we didn't response to their robot text. We don't live by the phone texts. If a person doesn't respond to the text a phone call should follow up to remind and confirm the appointment. This response seems negative because I left the department feeling annoyed by the delay and the other mentioned concerns. More

First and foremost, huge shut out to Cody and Eric.
