Leased a 2015 Chevy Traverse We went to see Frank Marshall because we bought our 2005 Chevy Silverado Truck from him and he was great back then. We decided to lease it. Frank got all the paperwork together and on Monday he called to tell us we were all set. Tuesday we drove off the lot with our new Chevy Traverse. I went to Handy Chevrolet to look at a vehicle that I saw online while shopping for a new, slightly used car for my wife.After calling the dealership and speaking with Carmen I went to Saint Albans to test d online while shopping for a new, slightly used car for my wife.After calling the dealership and speaking with Carmen I went to Saint Albans to test drive the vehicle that I had found online. After the test drive I sat down with Carmen and discussed exactly what I was looking for , and she made a recommendation based on our conversation. I was hesitant at first but agreed to try the car out with my wife and we ended up falling in love with the car; a beautiful black on black, fully loaded 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. I believe that Carmen's years of experience in the car sales business was the answer to putting us in the perfect car for our needs and within our budget. She also worked hard to get us the best price for our trade.After all of the preliminaries were taken care of to our satisfaction, by Carmen, she handed us over to Jim Lash, who did an awesome job getting us the best financing possible. All in all this was a great car-buying experience and we hope to return to Handy for future car purchases.
