Throughout the process, both Josh and Titus called or emailed on a regular basis to inform me the status of the car, whether it was at the port, estimated time or arrival, etc. When my car did arrive at the dealer, and I was on vacation, Josh emailed me a picture of the car on his day off. I never felt pressure during the purchasing / ordering of the automobile, both gentlemen went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were pleased with our purchase. They went out of their way consistently to make me feel valued and respected. So I decided to purchase a new car from Charles Barker Toyota. It was the best decision I could ever make. The sales manager Gina Reed was very nice, helpful, and kind. Antoine Whitted in sales handled our purchase. He was efficient, friendly, honest, above board, professional, and has an outstanding work ethic. Antoine also did so much even make sure we were delivered an immaculate vehicle! Also, Fred Phillips, who walked us through signing off on all of the paperwork (which is usually the worst part of purchasing a car), was outstanding!! He was funny, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also obviously has an excellent work ethic! The main thing I noticed was that everyone I've ever dealt with at the dealership seems to really love what they are doing, even the cashier and operator in service area. I will tell everyone about Charles Barker Toyota. Another thing I am particularly happy with is that it didn't take all day to get the deal done. We were in an out of there in a few hours.
