A car buying experience can be rather stressful itself, but with Tony's help we were able to walk away with a perfect car for our family without a single ounce of buyers' remorse. I am so unhappy with the lack of customer service that I've received since I leased my Toyota from Charles Barker. I purchased a 4Runner from them before and then recently leased a Camry. Their business office is apparently too busy to talk to customer who have already purchased/leased a vehicle even though I told them in a message(for reasons I won't go into here) that it's critical that I get a copy of my paperwork immediately. I can't even get a return phone call. My Dad is in the hospital after having a major hospital, so I really don't have time to keep calling them. I really thought that they were more customer oriented than that. I don't think that they understand that a car purchase is the largest purchast that I make after my home purchase and I don't appreciate that they are too darn busy to even make a phone call after the sale. I guess they just want you to buy and car from them and then go away. More

I managed to remove the scratches myself, informed him of my success and he offered a gift certificate for a free meal for my trouble.
