As we were waiting for the car to be serviced, we went to the showroom My wife and I went to Charles Barker Toyota to have her 09 Scion XB serviced. As we were waiting for the car to be serviced, we went to the showroom to look at some of the cars on display. There "was" a 2015 Prius V on the display floor that caught my wife's eye. We asked for Pauline Pittman because we always purchase our vehicles through her and more importantly, we only purchase our vehicles at Charles Barker Toyota because of the great customer service. Pauline immediately set-up a test drive for us so we took a car out and my wife was sold. We sat down with Pauline who worked with her sales manager for a trade-in allowance. There was no haggling (something else I like about Charles Barker Toyota) and the trade-in allowance was fair and reasonable. It was getting late, so we came back the following afternoon and completed the necessary paperwork. The entire process was smooth and it's always a pleasure to work with Pauline.
