We KEEP COMING BACK because of Darrick Williams/Service Dept We bought our first Prius in 2005, so are in our 10th year of riding with Charlie. We have bought our third Prius, giving one to a son. We love the car, but the service department is why we stay. Our service manager is Darrick Williams; he advises us and we keep on coming back on schedule to keep the cars perfect. I have called him several times when little things happened, and he advised me when to come in, and made time for me, and even advocated for us when we had a warranty issue and the warranty company didn't respond. I tell everyone how great this dealership is. Darrick Williams should be Service Advisor of the Year, and I know Charles Barker appreciates how wonderful Darrick makes him look!!! By the way, I appreciate the waiting area with TV, diet Cokes, granola bars, and wonderful guys who go and drive the cars up. We then went to First Team Toyota- Don't bother RUDE sales people and a negligent management team. Salesman told me I should pick an easier color to find (I will when said salesperson pays the mthly bill). So we contemplated going out of state. Well I went back to Charles barker in Va Bch. They once again restored my faith in buying with out hassles. Such a wonderful experience AGAIN. Should have went there first but now we can truly appreciate the difference. More
