Our salesperson was professional and made it easy for me to ask all my questions (I hadn't bought a car in 16 years). His answers were well informed. The car hadn't been detailed yet and there was some mix up in that area causing a wait much too long which is why there are only 4 stars. Though our sales person even rolled up his sleeves and went over there to help get it done which is another point in his favor. More

Non-painful because it was least stressful, fast and you don't feel like you were harassed into a bad deal at all. We are not rich but simple and hard working folks that save hard and buy the best of what we could afford for our family (the type that's rarely comfortable going into a car dealership lest we be uncomfortable and ripped off). Our exceptional sales associate Mr. Ray Aiden especially made the experience great, easy and comfortable enough for us to buy our daughter's car right there on the spot (even as they were only the 1st dealer we visited for her car amidst calling others too).
