Unblievable experience At 70 + years of age this is not my first new car. He seemed to read my mind and offered me discounts before I even had the chance to ask. I was expecting the typical sell the add ons from the business manager. Boy was I surprised! Chris Hilliker was polite, knowledgeable, and business savvy. He suggested things to me that actually saved me money on the bottom line. He by far is the best business manager I have ever dealt with. If I could I would give them much more than the 5 star rating. I highly recommend this dealership and based on my experience with the sales department I look forward to having my vehicle serviced there. More

I told him everything that was important to me in a vehicle and he went over my options with me, He answered all the questions I had and got back to me in a timely manner. He was the ONLY salesman that got back to me with everything I asked and I visited a LOT of other dealerships. Ray was very nice, courteous, ,personable and I never felt pressured to buy anything unlike other places I visited. He also gave me the best price. After going over all my options I ended up buying a new 2017 Rav4 Hybrid from Ray. The purchasing process was smooth, painless and they also gave me the price I asked for on my trade in vehicle. Shawanda processed and explained the paperwork quickly and accurately. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and she handled them in a professional and friendly manner. Great Service I went to Charles Barker Toyota to look at a used 2010 Prius V that I saw online. The whole process was very smooth and Paul was great at getting me enough information to make a decision. The test drive was great and they kept their word to fix some minor upholstery issues upon purchase at no extra charge even though in the end it couldn't be fixed and they had to reupholster the seat (still at no cost to us). While they were working on the upholstery issue, they gave us a loaner car so that our work day wouldn't be inconvenienced. The salesperson (Paul Bunch) was very good at sticking within the limitations and parameters we set as far as what I was looking for and price point. Paul was great to work with and followed up with me every step of the way. Even checked in a week or so after purchase just to make sure I was happy with the car. I highly recommend them and would purchase from them again in the future. More
