Went out of his way to find the car I wanted and have it brought to the dealership. I especially appreciate the fact that he took lots of time explaining how all the new features on the car work and had my cell phone paired before I left the lot. I also worked with several other employees during the purchase procedure and they were pleasant and efficient as well, explaining things to me as needed. Would buy another car from them again. We contacted them over the internet and did all of our correspondence by computer. We had driven the vehicle we wanted but could not find the color we wanted in our area so we did a search. Charles Barker had the exact vehicle we wanted and gave us the price we wanted too! All of the staff was extremely nice to work with, no high pressure and very good about explaining all of the steps to us. We contacted them on a Monday, drove down to the dealership on Sunday and picked up the Highlander. It was about an hour to finish paper work and they took the time to give us a great "tutorial" on all of the features of our new vehicle. We have never had such quick and easy dealings with any dealership and we have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years. We definitely recommend this dealership. More
