Timely response. The new car sales team worked with me to find a vehicle with key features that I requested at a fair price. One was found and transported to the deale The new car sales team worked with me to find a vehicle with key features that I requested at a fair price. One was found and transported to the dealership within 3 days, from another dealership out of town. The trade in was fairly priced as well, and made the buying process much smoother. However the finance portion was a bit pushy and when declining packages, it seemed as though the individual was condescending in a sense for denying some of the options once the paperwork was being finalized. Overall i would recommend the people i had worked with and the dealership. More

There was no pressure to purchase and he took his time to show me the cars they had that would fit into my budget. I was not interested in a new vehicle, because I did not think it was in my budget. Mr. Whitted promised to give me the best deal and I drove off in a 2017 vehicle with no regrets! I was treated the way customers should be treated and I must say Antoine Whitted provided excellent customer skills and is a great salesman. Great buying experience I found a vehicle I was interested in but live 3.5 hours away. Ray Aiden was very accomodating and even came in on his day off to show me the vehicle. Communication with Ray during the process was great as he always quickly responded to my questions. Also met with Showanda Massenburg who was very thorough and helped walk me through the financing and paperwork. She was able to secure financing at a much lower rate than the already low rate I had gotten on my own. . Thanks Ray and Showanda for all your help. Ray was happy to run all the number and show various payment amounts and explain the various cash back and interest rate offers. There was no pressure and no hurrying. We bought the vehicle and the paperwork to finish the deal and drive away with our new car was very smooth, quick and pleasant, thanks to Shawando. We have bought many vehicles from various dealers over the years. This was our first from Charles Barker Toyota and the most pleasant. I rated the overall dealership "Good." It is clean and most accommodating. Perhaps it should have been 5 stars but we have no experience with the service department as of yet. However, the sales area is for sure 5 starts! More
