Sometimes when doing verifications, a bank may find that information has changed and in this case it had. If there is something that has changed with the application, I would gladly go back to the lender and provide the new information on your daughter’s behalf. Erin what i am not understanding is why the used car saleman told me that she was completely approve before i left the dealership. Because if i would have knew this she would have never left your lot with that car. But he made it seem as if everything was final. I even asked him on different occasion was she good to go with that deal. I know that her credit report was not the best because of her mother using it when she was young. But now that she is here with me i try to me sure she is on track. I just think the way business was handled by your used car sales manager was very unsat...Now with that being said i still dont understand how information is incorrect when all her pay stubs and job contact information was right there infront of him besides he only called her 5 times asking for the same paper work. If there was a misunderstanding somewhere he should have let her know because she did the interview and they told her she was approve then 3 days later he calls me and askes me to tell her to bring the car back. I just dont think that this whole transaction was handled right in the first place. He was just out to make a quick sale showing no concern for the customer at all. One thing that i didnt like was that when i asked about it he looks as if they are blaming my daughter as if she was not telling the truth that one reason why i made sure everything was correct. Believe me i have been around for awhile and i know the game but one thing that i made sure of was that she tell the truth. Now if there was a gap some were somebody should have asked for more information not just bring the car back after you told me she was approved for 12500.00 and we gave him 2750.00 down payment. I dont think that was fair at all he was really not being truthful what so ever. I know you have kids. What if someone did this to your child after they have fell in love with a car that he/she had for two week. she had already went out and got the windows tinted and got floor mats because she just knew the car/deal was done. Even the sale Rep was lost with what was going on... But your used car manager knew because he was doing his own thing. What i dont understand is why he never told us that she was not really approved/finalized. Maybe you can help me out. Because i am still upset about this and looking for some action because this is like fraud to me because she did sign a contract. Spot sale/quick. You lose money from insurance and anything else you may have done to the car. V/R Michael Thomas
