I gave the rating for Mr Schwartz because he was well I gave the rating for Mr Schwartz because he was well knowledgeable about the car that me and my mother purchased . While I was there Mr Steve Sch I gave the rating for Mr Schwartz because he was well knowledgeable about the car that me and my mother purchased . While I was there Mr Steve Schwartz answered all of my questions about leasing the car . He made me and my family feel welcome at the dealership. He gave examples of what the warranty covers. He was very detail on how to use the equipment in the car . He sat in the car and explained in detail about how each item in the car worked. He explained how the car is good on gas, and how the car helps the driver to not have a lot of distractions while driving . He was a very good listener and the rest of the staff were the same. When I left with my new car, I understood how the car operates and what my responsibilities were as a Honda customer. My mother felt the same way. I look forward in doing business with Mr Steve Schwartz in the future . Thank you for your help . More

I dropped My car off for service today at 7:30am for an 8:45 appt. The work did not begin until I called late afternoon to ask if my CRV was ready for pickup. As this was the 2nd consecutive unsatisfact 8:45 appt. The work did not begin until I called late afternoon to ask if my CRV was ready for pickup. As this was the 2nd consecutive unsatisfactory service visit to Hall Honda, please Tell John Christian thank you for his time, but we will have to look elsewhere for the Accord we want. I had the best experience buying my 2006 BMW 335I. Efrem was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I only had 2 hours before I had to go to work and he was able to get all my paperwork done and get was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
