2015 Town and Country purchased Travis met us and worked with us in seeing all the vehicles that we were interested in, As we tested one vehicle we visited another hall dealershiip t Travis met us and worked with us in seeing all the vehicles that we were interested in, As we tested one vehicle we visited another hall dealershiip to see. He even drove an hour round trip to get a vehicle for us to inspect . This was a two day process. Travis was very nice and accommodating , went out of his way to get us the vehicles we wanted to see. Eventually agreeing on a price . Experience was pleasant , wasn't pressured like at other dealerships , this is our 2nd used vehicle in 2 years that we've purchased from Hall Used Cars. They made it easy for me. Next time this is my first stop. Visited several dealerships while shopping for a new Pilot. Most were polite and courteous, but I felt at ease inside Hall Honda. My wife and I quickly developed a good relationship with our salesman and the store manager. I had already done my homework and knew what I was willing to pay. They made it easy on me. A little friendly haggling and the deal was done. I got most of what I wanted and I was satisfied. Then the guy who takes you back to try and sell those dealer options was not bad either. He didn't try to wear us out over it. He made his best pitch and it was over. As hot as the new Pilot is, I was a little surprised to get the price I wanted. The store manager said he would find a way and he did. They said Hall Honda has (and moves) the most Honda's in Hampton Roads and based on their actions, I can see why. The place was hopping. Next time I don't expect to have to go anyplace else. More
