sales rep Steve Schwartz is excellent. I have leased the past 3 or 4 cars from him. This was a bit of a shock-going from a hybrid to non. going from 40+ to 9.3. Steve Schwartz is excellent. The tutorial on using the many features was very helpful. I didn't think I needed it, but boy, was I wrong!! More
