While I knew I didn't want the extra cost accessories (sensing, leather) he still mentioned them as an option to me in way that I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage. He knew what I wanted, and made it happen. Great to work with. Enjoyed his customer service. Eugene (sales manager) was also amazing to work with. Hall Honda Virgini Beach is very welcoming and I'd recommend to everyone! More

My sales consultant was Dwight Richards, and he was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and sincerely interested in helping me find the right model for my needs. I especially appreciated the time he took to demonstrate and explain each of the car's features and the fact he did not try to sell me more car than I wanted. He made the purchasing experience hassle-free and less time-consuming than I expected. They were professional, caring, fun, and truly wanted to make my experience great. I am in the customer service industry and appreciate good service, I frequently talk about "world class" service with my staff. Let me tell you, these 3 define "world class"! I did a lot of research prior to the purchase, looked at many different vehicles, and shopped many different dealerships. Once I made my decision on the Pilot, what made my final decision wasn't just price (which was very fair), it was my experience with Rick and Virginia. Going the extra mile, and then some We purchased a slightly used Accord Wagon from Hall Honda about 20 years ago and at that time the experience was not all positive. 3 months ago I need We purchased a slightly used Accord Wagon from Hall Honda about 20 years ago and at that time the experience was not all positive. 3 months ago I needed a wiper blade from the Hall service department for our CRV, and while there I of course started looking at the showroom models. I started talking with Jeff Hutchinson of the Blue Team and he told me that they were out of HRVs, but he would let me know when some new ones arrived. Jeff contacted me twice to let me know that they had some new H-RVs to see. The time was not right then, but we came back to Hall late last week. To make a long story shorter, Jeff was a Superlative Automotive Guide. He even went so far as to bring in used Acuras for us to try out against the gently used C RVs on the lot. We finally decided (surprise!) to buy a brand new Accord XL, and couldn't be happier with the quality and with the sales price. Jeff and the rest of the Blue team staff were sensational throughout the buying process even when we decided that we disliked the wheels that came with our final choice. They just made the swap happen! So we are now even looking forward to our first service experience there. Thank you! More

Used Car Purchase I admit I was somewhat hesitant when I pulled on the lot to even get out of my car. We all know how coercive used car salesman can be. I must say that I admit I was somewhat hesitant when I pulled on the lot to even get out of my car. We all know how coercive used car salesman can be. I must say that Mr. Alvin Massenburg blew me away from the moment he introduced himself to me until I drove off in my new Honda Accord. Alvin actually listened to me when I explained to him what I wanted in a vehicle,my price range, even down to the mileage. Alvin found me the perfect vehicle. I was adamant about sticking to my budget when I met with Byron to complete my financing. He patiently answered all of my questions and trust me I had plenty. He found the perfect deal for me, stayin within my budget. Both Alvin and Byron surpassed by far my expectations and provided superior customer service and exceptional quality in their service delivery. I will definitely be a Hall Honda customer from this point in. More
