Out of towner felt right at home We were traveling from Richmond to VA Beach when our wipers stopped working. We took the truck into Hall without an appointment and Randy and the Gre We were traveling from Richmond to VA Beach when our wipers stopped working. We took the truck into Hall without an appointment and Randy and the Green Team took care of me. They didn't make me wait long for a Monday, in fact it was only about an hour and a half. They were able to do a Multi Point inspection, checked the wiper arms, motor, fuses and found that the motor breaker kicked in due to heavy snow on windshield. I felt relieved that they checked it out thoroughly. They made me feel that they really cared that the vehicle was safe for us to use it to take the 4 hour trip to go home to Maryland. Great experience and I wish we could take it here for all of our maintenance. Maybe we will plan on coming to the beach whenever we need work done. :) More
