We had used their services before and had been very pleased with the customer service we received, This time was no exception. The head of the Internet sales department, Ian Baer, served as the liaison for our most recent purchase and was extremely helpful throughout the transaction. Ian went a step further than most dealers, and on short notice, graciously offered a loaner car during the process so we could attend one of our daughters out of state college parent weekend programs. After we returned from the parents weekend Ian Baer, Craig Belda, and Levi Whitehead, all worked with great speed and enthusiasm to complete the buying process in a timely manner. They made what is generally a hectic, stressful process much less so. I will use their services in the future.
