Friendly, efficient service I made an appt for an oil change and replace engine coolant. Due to an IIOS update I loaded on my phone, my GPS sent me to the correct street number I made an appt for an oil change and replace engine coolant. Due to an IIOS update I loaded on my phone, my GPS sent me to the correct street number and city, but wrong street name! So I was half an hour late. I called re: the same, and thankfully wasn’t told I’d have to reschedule. I had never had an appt with this Service rep, and he was really good- acted very professional but was also friendly. I remembered I was missing 2 tire valve caps and he threw those in. Corbitt went over the bill with me, I paid via my Mile One card, and that was it- painless. So far this dealership doesn’t operate like my former impression of dealerships in general, which is a good thing. :) More
