We decided what we were looking for, and Jeff searched high and low to find a car that met our needs. Jeff was also patient, because once we found the car that fit our criteria, we had to wait for a couple of weeks before the final transaction could be made. He even kept looking at other cars during this "waiting period" to ensure we got what we had decided on the very best option. I felt like he really cared about our search.
