Great service!!!! Used the Internet to make an offer so no haggling at the dealership, got a great car at a great price. I rated a 4 on Quality of service because after I cleaned the car once myself, I realized that the little white spots on the hood were not water spots and were spots on the paint, I also found a chip where the hood closes. So they got a 4 because I got the environmental package with the car and they did not get the spots out during the process. So I will have to go back again to try and get them taken care of. Overall probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had. More

Spencer made my experience a wonderful one. I came to Hall because I had a horrible experience at another dealership. He took his time with me, explained my options and choices, and details about the Jeep. He made me feel like I was truly important to him as a person and a customer, not just another buyer. I have already recommended him to three of my friends. One who will be looking for a used truck with in the year and the other 2 who will go to him when they want to trade in their jeeps. We just wanted to comment on the great service, and experience we had at Hall today. Dave Moore was our salesman, and he was outstanding. Dave just gave us the facts, and let us make the decisions, as how it should work, not the other way around. My husband was looking for a specific car, and even though it was not on the lot, Dave checked the other dealerships in the area, and was able to find my Husband's "dream car", who would have known that could have happened in just one day. I would also like to thank James for taking time to help us through the financial paperwork, as the other financial advisors were backed up, and we were told it would be a while, but instead of keeping us waiting, James said he would take care of it for us.
