After a undesirable interaction at another car dealership, We decided to try the Hall Jeep Dealership. As soon as my family and I exited our car we were immediately greeted by Chris Colbert, he carefully listened to what we were interested in, and introduced us to our salesman Mauri Wimbush. Mauri was very polite and very easy to talk with. The atmosphere was very warm and casual, it almost seemed like we weren't even really at a car dealership. Mauri was very knowledgable and very understanding when it came time for us to select the Jeep we were looking for. After we chose the vehicle that we wanted. We were introduced to the finance specialist, Alex Caver. His attitude and professionalism were unmatched. We were treated like family through the whole car buying experience. This dealership refused to provide a specific breakdown of dealer add-ons and the salesmen do not return calls or emails. After four visits, my husband and I decided to purchase a vehicle. I called the second salesperson assigned to us (after the first one was fired) and told him we would be in that evening to make the purchase. He did not return my call. Just before we walked out he door, I called again to be told that the General Sales Manager (Mike Neher) was driving that vehicle on his day off and he couldn't be reached. We could come in and do the paperwork to pay for the car but we would have to come back tomorrow after he returned from his day off to pick it up. He has put almost 600 miles on the car and they are still selling it as new with no additional warranty. This dealership is not forthright in their dealings with customers and do not uphold the vision statement of the company. I have a blank check to purchase a car and was told to come back tomorrow. I have still not received a follow-up phone call, an explaination or an apology on this attempted transaction...two days later! More
