Ok so my reason for rating 5 on customer service is because i was noticed and helped almost immediately and i dont believe there was any instance where i was sitting for longer than 10 mins waiting. no because i was noticed and helped almost immediately and i dont believe there was any instance where i was sitting for longer than 10 mins waiting. now as i know speed and attention isn't everything i also had all of my questions answered as did my wife, promptly at that. Second, i rated a 5 under quality of work because as i said before it was not only extremely speedy but also professional direct and well explained. Third, the 5 marked under friendliness is there because i did not cross paths with a single employee, or customer as a matter of fact, that didn't have a smile on his/her face. Fourth, my overall experience was rated at a 5 due to all of the above reasons along with many more including but not limited, the fact that the employee (Gary Hunter) was so full of information and tips, it was great. And Mike Brown also went through numerous options to make sure i got the best rate possible. I couldn't count how many times we had a laugh just in the brief process of purchasing a car. Lastly, the price, rated at a 5 as well because not only is this the first car i've bought with under 100,000 miles on it, but it had next to none with 24,000 and for the price and all the features along with the conditions of the truck, get outta here.
