My experience with Hall Automotive in Virginia Beach was by far the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. My original plan was to try and get myself into a used Jeep Wrangler, I was interested by far the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. My original plan was to try and get myself into a used Jeep Wrangler, I was interested in trading mine in for an automatic. I worked with Dave Moore and he truely is "The Man". I have never had a car salesman take the time to break down the differences in buying or leasing a vehicle. He wasn't able to give me any negatives about leasing a new Jeep. I explained my driving habits and the fact that I also try and get into a new car every 3 to 4 years, he and Mike Neher told me I was a great candidate for a lease, and after breaking it down for me, it made sense. He also never pressured me into doing something I was uncomfortable with. I also had a great experience because for the first time I wasn't upside down on my vehicle, that made the experience much better. The Jeep that I had chosen was missing a few things that I requested to be added and both Dave and Mike were able to add the few extras and still be a great deal for me. They were both GREAT!!! I'm even trying to convince my friends to get themselves into a Jeep Wrangler, It's the best vehicle I have ever had, I will never own or lease another type of vehicle, I will just continue to upgrade. I will also continue to do business with Hall Automotive and tell all my friends to do business with them as well, I have also told them to ask for Dave Moore. Great Job Dave! I purchased a 2002 Chyrsler Sebring on June 18th. I was supposed to get free oil change coupons and a no srings attached card. I am still waiting to receive them. Obviously good customer service means nothing. This dealership will not get anymore of my business. More
