Overall, not a bad experience. Everyone was very friendly. Bought a used Jeep Wrangler, and price could have been better, but as that buyer, I guess I would always say that. One, I was there for 6.5 hours...and was never offered a bottle of water or anything. Two, I went on a saturday and it seemed as if none of the sales personell (aside from the guy that I was working with) were in a hurry to help anyone. The problem with this was that I had to "share" my salesman with other customers. Maybe that's why it took so long. Not a bad dealership, and I will recommend this dealership and salesperson again. My only complaint is with the person that appraised our car. The offer was very low but they worked with us and we ended up getting a decent amount of money for the car. We will definitely go to hall again the next time we need a car. More

Dave really wanted to make sure that my interests were put first and not just the bottom line. In the end, I left with a great truck at thousands less than blue book and got a great price for my trade-in. James really found me a great rate on my loan and handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently. All employee's that I dealt with were courteous and helpful. All in all I was at the dealership for about two and a half hours (which was amazing because my last dealer experience was about nine hours). Kevin answered the phone when I first called up there and seemed nice. We came in looking for a new minicab and left with a journey. I compared price and features/performance of Dodge 1500 pick-up to similar Ford F-150. Better bang for buck w/ Dodge, plus Hemi performed better. I like the look better, too.
