The Salesman, Mark and Salesmanager, Mark had prepared the all of the paperwork for the deal for my wife's MDX before we arrived...I hate the signing process. They had what the three of them thought would be the perfect car for me parked next to my wifes new MDX. The Keys were in it and it was ready for a test drive. The process was the smoothest I've ever experienced. The terms and price were consistent or better than expected and the signing process was smooth and quick. Even the coffee was good.
