Ms. Delaney, Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and I am sorry for any misunderstanding but if Hall Acura owed you anything at all we would certainly comply. On March 29th when you purchased your 2007 Toyota Avalon you signed what we call a "We Owe" which clearly states that nothing else was owed or promised. In your letter dated July 12th you requested a second key and made no mention of a remote. We made arrangements with a local Toyota dealership to pay for a second key and we were happy to do this for you even though we were not required to do so. As I mentioned to you on the phone, most customers give us 2 keys and remotes when trading a vehicle but this clearly does not happen every time. After finding out the importance of the second key and remote Mr. Bright made several attempts to secure it for you from the previous owner to no avail. If we had known at the time of delivery how important the remote was to you we certainly would have adjusted our selling price to account for the cost of the remote. I am sorry that you have refused our offer to pay for a second key and if you change your mind we would be more than willing to accommodate you. I hope that you are enjoying you Avalon and if I may be of any further assistance to you in the suture please don't hesitate to contact me.
