Acura Service Department My wife and I were considering buying a 2003 Acura MDX. Having very little information on the vehicle, other than typical internet searches, I decided My wife and I were considering buying a 2003 Acura MDX. Having very little information on the vehicle, other than typical internet searches, I decided to call your service department and get a proffesional opinion. I spoke with Brian Thompson and he put me at ease to make the purchase. At this time I did not own an Acura and I was purchasing the MDX from another dealership. Knowing this, Brian still took the time to answer all my questions. That is service. Thank you. After the purchase, the vehicle had some issues. The main one being a strong pull to the right. I spoke with Brian and brought it in the next morning. That morning I dealt with Kayla. She to was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. By that afternoon your service team diagnosed the issue and even helped work with the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. In the end the diagnosis of faulty tires was correct and our MDX drives like an Acura should. Hall Acura has a customer for life and I will recommend your service department to anyone in need.
