Disappointed that Mr. Westbrook did not returncall We were given only 1 key with the vehicle we purchased there. We did not know until the paperwork was almost completed that there was only 1 key. We have always been given 2 keys when purchasing a vehicle. The sales person was very nice but said that there was nothing he could do, but I could speak with Mr. Westbrook, his manager. Left a voicemail message for Mr. Westbrook explaining my disappointment and that I would like to talk to him about this. It has been 2 days and I have not heard from him. Some of the keys or remote access with newer vehicles are VERY expensive. The buyer should not have to have the burden of supplying the second key. The buyer has 72 hours to cancel the sale. We considered this. Does this dealer want to risk cancellation of a sale because the customer was not furnished a second key? More
