Customer Service at its Worst Between 7/9/2020-7/10/2020, I called this dealership about 15 times because there were 2 cars I was interested in. No one answers the phones, or when I did get someone on the phone, I was promised a call back; which never happened. Manager Kenny started out ok and then his customer service went down hill from there. He initially acted concerned, but wasn't. Another salesperson said he would call me at 12:00 on 7/11 (he set the time). I specifically told him I was at work, and would free up some time to speak with him at noon, well another called never returned. Dealerships normally will hound you for a sale, but not this one. WORST experience ever with a dealership-glad I didnt waste my time driving there! More

I’ve had my car for one week now and I love it!!! Had a little glitch with the battery and they fixed it immediately when I could get my car back in.
