State Inspection I picked up my car before the time they said it would be ready but after I got on the highway my hood was bouncing. I had to pull across 4 lane of traffic on Powhite Parkway to pull to the side of the road to redrop my hood. Makes you wonder what else might have been missed. More

My service experience Had the worst experience with the body shop. Brought my car in to repair the front bumper. The car was all scratched up when I picked up the car. Afte Had the worst experience with the body shop. Brought my car in to repair the front bumper. The car was all scratched up when I picked up the car. After being persistent that these scratches were not there before. They said they would take care of the scratches. when I picked up the car this time they fixed the scratches but my windshield was cracked. Each time they had my car something new was wrong. They did not do a good job with the bumper. They never put the protective piece underneath on right. I also pointed this out and they didn't bother. At this stage I was done with this place. More
