Just little stuff which makes you wonder how the other parts of the service you can't see or double check are done. Is the oil filter really on tight or did they really change the air filters. Face to face service is always professional but maybe they could improve the other parts to make customers feel comfortable the work behind the scenes is also as good as the front office. More
