Not a Good Experience I have been going to Haley Certified Use since I bought my 2010 Toyota Camry. I have ALWAYS had nothing but good things to say about them. But it all I have been going to Haley Certified Use since I bought my 2010 Toyota Camry. I have ALWAYS had nothing but good things to say about them. But it all changes recently. It began when I needed my car expected this year. I was told that I needed a bulb in order to pass inspection. I agreed to have Haley install it. I waited, and waited and waited. I finally got tired and went to the service desk (spoke with Harry Whittington)... they did not have the part in stock. The had to send out for! I would have liked to have known that before I waited a whole hour after the completion of the inspection. Even after this I came back. This time I came for an oil change. I waited, seeing 3 customers that came after me leave before me. What service is easier than an oil change. When my car was finally done... they suggested that I needed to get my brake fluid flushed. I told them that I had just had it done at another facility less than 2 months ago. He still stood by his recommendation. I took my car back to the other facility telling them what Haley said. The tech popped my hood and showed me the brake fluid... it was clear. I googled a pic of new brake fluid and mine was pretty much the identical. Once I called and told Haley about my issue... they accused me of having a bad day! Needless to say... I will NOT be returning... I will go to the Haley Toyota on Hull St for now on. More
