Not So Good Had a 10AM appointment for a factory recall. Arrived at 9:50AM and was told I would need to wait 2 hours and that service would require another 1 hour Had a 10AM appointment for a factory recall. I explained that I had an appointment, not a walk-in but was told service was nevertheless backed up. I asked when I could make a future appointment and not wait 2 hours and was told at 8AM each work day only. Bottom line, had a 28 mile round trip, plus toll charges, got nothing done and a TOTAL lack of concern from the service advisor, who said "just the way it is". More

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!! I brought my Toyota in when my sunroof became stuck open. Having had this dealership work on my car in the past I knew I was going to over pay. I didn't expect the outright deceit when they told me I needed a full replacement ($1,200). The service associate (John Haley) told me they couldn't fix it without replacing the entire unit. When asked if they could at least close it for me, they told me they tried everything but couldn't. I elected to pick it up without the replacement in order to get a second opinion. On my drive home, I tried hitting the close button again and after my second attempt it closed fully on its own!!! They charged me a $60 diagnostic fee to do nothing. When I called the GM (Allen Wines) he was rude, unapologetic and extremely unprofessional. I was floored by the negative attitude and a general sense that he didn't care and would not make any attempt to address my concerns. After checking the Better Business Bureau I noticed that this is a common practice for the Haley Toyota Service Center. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car in Richmond! More

Very surprised and happy!! When I went to Haley Toyota I did not believe there was any chance of me being able to get a vehicle. I was also a little concerned because Carmax had really screwed me over 2 years earlier. So there was a bad taste in my mouth when it came to car buying, so to speak. However salesmen David Rodz was very patient and kind with me. He answered all of my questions (sometimes more than once). His manager Michael O'Hehir was very polite and professional. They lowered the price of the extended warranty and the vehicle for me and my payments are at place where I am more than comfortable. I was more than pleased when I left Haley Toyota. Let me also add that I left with a very nice late model vehicle with low mileage. I will definitely tell anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to go see David and Michael at Haley Toyota at 8301 Midlothian Turnpike. Because Haley has it!!!! More
