When I arrived, the Service Advisor asked if I would be waiting for the car. I told him that since it was just routine service, I would wait. He then told they were very backed up and it could take a couple of hours!!!! For an oil change!!! And new wipers!! What was the point in making an appointment?? I did not have 2 hours to spare so I left and went somewhere else. In all fairness, I must say this is the first time this has happened since I leased the vehicle with this dealer 2 and 1/2 years ago.But the experience was not a good one. Why should I return?? More
Zero Stars ZERO stars should be an option. My son recently took his truck in for service. They "repaired" the wrong part. When he took the truck back for the ZERO stars should be an option. My son recently took his truck in for service. They "repaired" the wrong part. When he took the truck back for the original problem which was never fixed, there was no talking to the service manager. After thousands of dollars paid to Haldeman over the years, this guy basically said too bad. Do NOT deal with this company. Further, check the cost of genuine ford parts with what Haldeman charges for the identical part -- unbelievable -- nearly double and that's WITHOUT the labor. Never again. More

Merry Christmas! Four weeks before Christmas our 2013 Focus needs $1800 worth of work. 21 days later my husband & son are driving 60 miles from home during a snowstorm Four weeks before Christmas our 2013 Focus needs $1800 worth of work. 21 days later my husband & son are driving 60 miles from home during a snowstorm and the new part fails. They get a hotel room & tow the car back to Hamilton the next day. After asking for compensation, my husband is told "stuff happens" & its not their fault the part failed. I guess it's OUR fault it failed!! Merry Christmas!!! After I complained, the manager implied that the mechanical/electrical failure/malfunctions were all unrelated but my husband said they both resulted in the exact same alarm on the dashboard, "loss of power steering". My husband & I have been driving for 35 yrs and have NEVER lost power steering once in any car we have owned- let alone twice in less then 30 days!!!! Then the manager tells us it's normal wear & tear but according to a recent lawsuit, the Ford Fusion and Ford Focus have defective electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) systems that cause drivers to lose power steering. So my guess is that if you have purchased one of these cars, chances are VERY good that you will have expensive 'power steering concerns'. These people do not stand by their cars, service or customers! More

I am not local to this dealership but found it by looking for a very specific combo of vehicle. They had the car and I was able to do 99% of the deal over the phone and online between the salesmen Howard and Pete. All I had to do was show up and sign a few pages... all of the details on interest rates, terms, and vehicle condition had been done remotely. A few phone calls and 30 minutes in the dealership itself and I was on the road. No surprises... and everything laid out exactly as we had discussed. I got all the answers from Pete via text and photos, and phone calls... and his teammate Howard took care of me when I showed up. Its exactly the kind of experience I hope for when dealing with a dealership. Very pleased! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks guys! More
Car stay in shop I brought a car used car and it has been in the shop 4 times since my daughter brought the car. She got a warranty with the car. The car wouldn't start a week after she got the car after picking it up from the shop had car tower back to dealer they said nothing was wrong with it. Took it back a week later for fuel injectors cleaning. Last Friday it started acting up again, Monday it wouldn't start again. My daughter got it to start Took it to dealer they say it was the battery and it's not covered under the warranty. So I ask why the should we have go pay for a battery and we haven't had the car a full month cause it's been in thw shop for about 2 weeks. The service manager said the used car manager said he not going to work with me with the cost. They knew the battery was bad when they sold us thw car. It's no way the battery just go dead like that. More

Worst dealership ever I went in looking at an f250 that i saw on the internet. First they wanted to talk numbers before i even got into the truck. When they came back with I went in looking at an f250 that i saw on the internet. First they wanted to talk numbers before i even got into the truck. When they came back with a price it was a few thousand higher than advertised online. When i called him on it and asked if they would have let me buy the truck knowing it was a higher price the manager said some people have to get screwed in order for others to get the good price. Then i asked about 0% financing that was advertised online and the manager flat out lied and said there wasnt any 0% financing. I then showed him and he tried back peddling. I would stay away from haldeman and all its locations. More

NEVER PRUCHASE OR USE ANY SERVICE HERE! I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! They have HORRIBLE customer service and even worse communication between their departments! Purchased a vehicle and there were two things that needed to be fixed so I reached out several times to my sales associate my phone and e-mail. After about 3 days, I finally was able to get in contact with him and told him about the issues. He said just schedule a service call. I scheduled and when I came to pick my car up they asked for payment. I stated I was not paying as this was an issue when I left with the car and I spoke to my sales associate. The manager at the service department told me okay he will charge it to the sales department and for the one issue I had to come back because they didn't have time to do it the day I brought it in. I was never notified that the one issue wasn't fixed before I came to pick up my car. The sales manager said bring it back at your earliest convenience or when you schedule your complimentary service appointment. So I scheduled my service appointment and to fix the issue at 9AM Tuesday. No one ever called me to let me know it was finished or what was going on. I reached out at 3PM. They told me I had to pay for the issue under my warranty with a deductible when originally I was told by the sales manager that it would be charged to sales as it happened not even a few days after I purchased the vehicle. I had to call constantly to follow up on whether it was done and to be transferred to each department several times because they were claiming no one remember or wrote it down so I had to pay for it if I wanted it fixed. They did not stand behind what they had initially told me and after they told me that two sales people said they went to my car and did not see they issue, yet when I picked up the car the issue is clearly evident! I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! My salesperson said he "didn't even make $200 off my purchase so there was nothing he could do" and laughed! The 2 managers and salesperson I dealt with were rude and condescending! One manager said well you purchased a used car as if that justified the issues! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES! Completely disgusted by how I was treated! More
