Checked others and found 2 others not even hand tight. Brought it to them and they refunded the service. - STRIKE TWO They changed the serpentine belt and check for leaks. They called and said the transfer case might be leaking. After they changed the serpentine belt, my wife picked up the car but heard a rumbling on the way home. Turns out they never re-secured the lower motor shroud. So it was dragging on the ground. They refused to help get it fixed. They tried to say they don't remove the shroud to do the serpentine belt. But they check the transfer case!- STRIKE THREE This place is a joke. Run by jokers. They don't return calls. They can't get out of their own way. Find someone else. Never again. More

I called seeking assistance and was directed to a Ford 800#, and had to have the truck towed to the closest dealership to my home. I then had to pay out of pocket for a rental because they had none available, and "aren't responsible" Customer service is lacking, will never buy from here again. More
Overall bad dealership overall im unhappy with this dealer. i went there to purchase a focus i saw online and reserved it. i called ahead just incase and was told to come do overall im unhappy with this dealer. i went there to purchase a focus i saw online and reserved it. i called ahead just incase and was told to come down its ready. i get there and find out it was just sold t ok somekne and the saleswomen i spoke to was the ok ne who sold it. im told shes busy and cant help me to talk yo another salesman. i speak with alex and he starts pushing another focus on me (bait n switch much). so i get a different focus because i need a new car asap and cant be picky. fast foward to my 1st oil change. i bring it in and also advise them the passanger door sticks and the coolant is leaking. im told its not covered despite extra care telling me the coolant leak was. extra care told me the dealership are the ones who get to choose if they will help or not. i go to speak to the salesman or sales manager to see what they can do since i JUST BOUGHT IT. my salesman quit and instead i get a snarky kid that tells me "what do you expect us to do?" and "your acting as if this is a major issue." overall im really disappointed with this dealership. quick to sell you a car and then want nothing to do with you. More

Left work early yesterday just to be told it wasn’t ready for me to see it after being on the lot for over two weeks..things are getting sketchy at this point. They were well aware I was coming from close to 2 hours away and never mentioned to me the car is so rusty it looks like it’s been sitting on the bottom of the ocean. The pictures they provide on their website also don’t show any of this whatsoever. Very misleading and dishonest. Glad I had a friend in the area to stop and look at the car before I wasted my time. I made an appointment for a service appointment, dropped car off at 0730am. All that was to be done was an oil change and repair of a rearview mirror. Told the intaking service person the rearview mirror would need to be replaced and to replace same. At approximately 320pm I received a call from the service department asking me if I wanted to have the mirror replaced and if I still wanted the oil change completed. The person appeared to not have my interest of the vehicle at the best interest. He appeared to talk in a demeaning manner when asked why it took so long to respond with an estimate or update to the vehicle service. The service department handled my customer problems especially poor. I have had leased/purchased vehicle(s) here and the service department has typically delayed in acting on such issues or making contact to advise of the issue until the end of the day(well after 4pm) today was an exception, which made the problem worse and myself more upset. The service department did not meet even the lowest expectations in terms of being a good listener. They appear to not be able to deliver any type of message-- short or long, good news or bad, in a written or oral format or to any type of audience--in an effective manner. More
