Unorganized mess If your looking to buy a ford, this is the place you don't want to go. The sales men where nice n pleasant but that about it. Went thru a bunch of hoops to buy a car for them to tell me someone else put a deposit down 2 days before me. Then 4 days later he still hasn't picked up the car n they ended up refunding me my deposit. It was a waste of time n stress for me to have everything needed to buy the car to have someone come n take it under me. It was a lame excuse and allowing home 6 days later to take it to a mechanic to look at it off site is just a lame excuse and a joke. Don't go here there are plenty of other places well organized and know what cars are actual for sale n which ones might be ready to go out the door. A huge waste of time. Really bad service..Fraudulant Absolute crooks in service. Took our 2008 mustang in for a recall for the driver side airbag. Picked the car up turned onto 33 and immediately notice Absolute crooks in service. Took our 2008 mustang in for a recall for the driver side airbag. Picked the car up turned onto 33 and immediately noticed the blinkers wouldn't shut off. Went back and they said switch probably went bad but they would check their work. They called a few hours later and said the spring assembly in the steering wheel was broke and its 350 bucks. This did not sit well with us. Obviously they broke this while doing the recall repair but would do nothing for us. Just said it was not their fault. Have no idea how this place gets away with this..Reported to BBB More
