I have purchased 5 cars from Haddad Toyota through Steve Davis. I found the experience fine and the cars, equally so. I have returned time and again to Haddad for service. To be honest, it would be very hard to leave the dealership given how well the overall experience with them has been, particularly the service department. I have had a couple of occasions to use the body shop, with excellent results as well. If this does not suffice for my ratings, you may certainly call me. We eventually decided on a RAV 4 and after we reviewed the data we decided to lease it for 3 years with a clear understanding of our buy back price at the end of that period. This is the first time in more than 50 years that we decided to lease a car and we are thrilled with the decision. In our opinion the Haddad Dealership is far and above their competition. The service department does a very professional job. All of the service advisors, Angie, Jason, and Chris are friendly and make suitable recommendations. I purchased my previous Highlander in Oregon, but received the same service as if I had purchased from Haddad. When I purchased my new Highlander in 2010, Patrick Codey was excellent to work with. I researched prices and vehicles online and he dealt with me with a low key approach and worked with me on price and options. He found what I wanted at another dealership. I have also dealt with Matt in the collision department and he provided competitive estimates with excellent results. I like the feature of being able to schedule appointments online for service. I receive a confirmation and appointment reminders. In the distant past, I had problems with a Toyota pick up and did not receive satisfaction from the dealership in Oregon. However, I like the quality of Toyota and purchased a new Highlander prior to moving back to Massachusetts. Since returning in 2006, Haddad has been my dealership of choice. More
My experiences at this dealership have been horrible. After three different attempts (over the past couple of years) I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma with 8,000 miles on it. I thought everything was good, was told I was covered under the manufacturer warranty which was big for me. I heard a creaking in the front end. I brought it to a different dealership. They looked up the VIN number in their system and found that there was up to $22,000 worth of damage (still uncertain how much there actually was). That dealership showed me what was wrong and showed how I could tell the difference between the damaged and undamaged parts. After a struggle this dealership gave me my trade-in equity and down payment. The next vehicle I purchased I lost $300 due to not having a trade in so I had to pay more in sales tax. I spoke with their general manager and he told me he would pay me a trade-in incentive (if I found one on a different vehicle). I got in touch with him and he told me he never said that, he was lying to me at this point. Do not trust them. The vehicle I gave back to them is back for sale again stating that it has a clean Carfax (it does). I don't trust anyone who works there. More

I bought a Rav4 in 2007 from your Pat Cooney and have had it serviced ever since by Haddad on the Lenox Road. We have about 170 thousand miles on that car now, with the end nowhere in sight, thanks to Haddad service. One measure of my satisfaction is the fact that I have written two letters of special commendation in the last few months, one concerning Matt in your Body Shop, the other concerning Jason at your Front Desk, both to your Service Manager. Matt oversaw amazingly good collision repairs, in a short time and at a price fully covered by my insurance. Hopefully I will not need the services of Matt and his shop staff often, but when I do I'll be back in their care. Jason Artioli is the service representative I see most of these days (Angie and Chris having given me excellent service in past years). Jason is smart, personable and as considerate of me and my car as an agent with little else on his mind (hardly the case of course). My letter about Jason complimented his expert oversight of some recent major maintenance work, plus a thorough cleaning of the car, inside and out, gratis. I can compare Toyota service at Haddad since 2007 with service at a Toyota dealer in Albany in the early '90's. The difference has been like night and day. For one thing, the service desk at the Albany dealer was regularly the site of arguments between dissatisfied customers and the service representatives. Trench warfare practically. I have seen nothing remotely resembling this at Haddad on the Lenox Road. Let me finish by tipping my hat to those experts in the shops, like Marco Artioli, on whom the quality of the whole enterprise rests. Maybe the Albany dealer needed better workers behind those having to play defense at the Service Desk. More
