I bought a Rav4 in 2007 from your Pat Cooney and have had it serviced ever since by Haddad on the Lenox Road. My wife has had her Jeep Cherokee serviced there too, but we use her car very little, so I will it serviced ever since by Haddad on the Lenox Road. We have about 170 thousand miles on that car now, with the end nowhere in sight, thanks to Haddad service. One measure of my satisfaction is the fact that I have written two letters of special commendation in the last few months, one concerning Matt in your Body Shop, the other concerning Jason at your Front Desk, both to your Service Manager. Matt oversaw amazingly good collision repairs, in a short time and at a price fully covered by my insurance. Hopefully I will not need the services of Matt and his shop staff often, but when I do I'll be back in their care. Jason Artioli is the service representative I see most of these days (Angie and Chris having given me excellent service in past years). Jason is smart, personable and as considerate of me and my car as an agent with little else on his mind (hardly the case of course). My letter about Jason complimented his expert oversight of some recent major maintenance work, plus a thorough cleaning of the car, inside and out, gratis. I can compare Toyota service at Haddad since 2007 with service at a Toyota dealer in Albany in the early '90's. The difference has been like night and day. For one thing, the service desk at the Albany dealer was regularly the site of arguments between dissatisfied customers and the service representatives. Trench warfare practically. I have seen nothing remotely resembling this at Haddad on the Lenox Road. Let me finish by tipping my hat to those experts in the shops, like Marco Artioli, on whom the quality of the whole enterprise rests. Maybe the Albany dealer needed better workers behind those having to play defense at the Service Desk. More
car was brought in for service. After I picked it up and drove it home noticed all lights were on (service engine, tires, airbag ) On dash. Paid over $ 1900 last week and another $700 today . and things were not fixed. I was also missing a hubcap!!! Not happy More
My sole issue was with the unprofessional and deceitful tactics employed in the Haddad Auto finance department by the person who handled my final paperwork. That individual who deliberately tried to sneak in $1200 for extended maintenance insurance on the new Toyota Sienna that I was about to purchase. At no time prior was the plan ever suggested or mentioned to me. He had the cost hidden in the monthly payment. When I spotted it he insisted I had to have it. I repeatedly told him I didn`t want it but he continued to pressure sell me on it. I had to raise my voice to get him to back off . He must have sensed I was ready to walk. I reported to the customer service rep and I received a follow up apology from the finance person the next day. I would have to believe the pressure and deceitful tactics have been used in the past and in all probablility might still be employed since the the customer service rep told me that he has done a good job for them in the past. More

I just want to say that I can't say enough about the Subarbu Dealership, and Toyota Dealership. Everyone is most accomodating that's for sure. I would recommend both of these dealership to anyone, inf Subarbu Dealership, and Toyota Dealership. Everyone is most accomodating that's for sure. This is my fourth vehicle with you all since October 2007. Scott has sold me each one. I have to say, as I have said to many people, he and everyone I have crossed paths with at Haddad, treats you lik 2007. Scott has sold me each one. I leased a 2012 Rav4 in July. Scott OConnell made it a great decision for me. He sold my husband a Toyota Tacoma and gave him such great service that I had to go to him for my car.
