Great Price, Satisfied Customer Purchased Highlander Limited (Certified) Sales Very little to negotiation of price, but internet price was lowest we found listed for what Purchased Highlander Limited (Certified) Sales Very little to negotiation of price, but internet price was lowest we found listed for what we wanted without venturing into the NYC metro area. Both Anthony (Salesman) and Bryan (Sales Manager) were very personable. No aggressive sales tactics. We went on a Friday and felt we needed time to reflect and research before making a decision and they were gracious in allowing us the space we needed to be confident in our purchase. We returned the next day and finalized the purchase. Transfer and Delivery This is where things got a bit wonky. We waited three days for the transfer due to a minor administrative oversight and technical difficulties. Also, when delivered, the car was missing two accessories that came with it, a key fob with a dead battery and a rain guard that needed to be reattached. All issues were brought to Haddad’s attention and promptly resolved to our satisfaction. Though as a customer I felt I had to be more active to ensure the level of satisfaction my husband and I expect, I was impressed by Jason's (Sales Manager) prompt and customer attentive response by stepping up to the plate and taking control of the logistics in resolving both the transfer and delivery issues. Overall Despite some annoyances in the transfer and delivery of the vehicle, everything was resolved to our satisfaction and we got the car we wanted for what we are confident was a great price. Everyone we dealt with (Anthony, Jason & Bryan) were all very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend. More

Mass Safety Inspection This is the third year we have brought both of our cars ( Toyota Highlander and Lexus) to Haddad for the annual state safety inspection that is mandat This is the third year we have brought both of our cars ( Toyota Highlander and Lexus) to Haddad for the annual state safety inspection that is mandated. I had everything taken care of for me in no time I needed a car quickly because mine was in bad shape. I knew nothing about leasing and showed up at Haddad's. Gene came over and without being at all I needed a car quickly because mine was in bad shape. I knew nothing about leasing and showed up at Haddad's. Gene came over and without being at all pushy showed me some cars, took me on a test drive, explained leasing vs. buying and made it so easy to do. In no time I had my new car at a price I could handle. It was all so easy and I didn't feel at all pressured or pushed into anything. More

My salesman is Gene Ellsworth and I have to say he went above and beyond to keep me a happy customer. Gene is very respectful and honest and was very helpful through the whole process.I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Haddad's with Gene Ellsworth he goes to the full extent for his customers and was a pleasure to work a deal with. Don't trust what finance people or managment say as truth. As with most dealers we negotiate and usually come to a price within the ballpark. This was when I came to find out he added an overpriced extended service contract (about $1,800.00) to the loan making our payments 40.00 more per month claiming ""The BANK would feel better and I (meaning HE) would feel better this way" for reasons I need not lengthen this story with. After thinking about this I called him the next day and asked him if the 1,800.00 service contract was a contingency for getting this loan approved as he made it sound the day before when we signed it. After a second or two of hesitation he said it was but I had my doubts about the whole thing. As we all SHOULD know, service contracts are big money makers for car dealers. We then went to the dealer and told the finance man who wrote the thing that we wanted to redo this loan without the added service contract and were given no acceptable results. I had to wait until my first bill came for the car payment so I could find the proper numbers to call the actual bank reps and get the truth about this and of course I was told no loan is dependent upon adding an extended warranty. We had to go back to the dealer soon after for a tire issue and while there I talked to a general manager who went into the finance man's office with me and after a short discussion agreed to work with the bank to rewrite this loan without the warranty and get our payments where they should've been if the first person had not misinformed me to begin with. We have yet to see the results of this. The salesman William Pikula was great. The problem didn't begin until we talked to the finance person. The General Manager, Mr. Seibelli was very helpful as of this writing and promised to make this right. For now this is all I have, Results will follow. Of course I plan on editing this further once we see how this turns out. 5/5/2015. update...... We still have no idea of how the payment thing is going to pan out although it should be in the range of 200.00 or 205.00 somewhere. Last update: Sometime in May the dealer did what they said they would and rewrote the loan minus the service contract by paying off the original loan. They also sent us a check for the difference in the payment as we had to make the first one on the first contract which was due before they could rewrite it. All in all they did the right thing even though it may have cost them a few dollars to do it. LAST UPDATE: Recently we found our tires 2 of which which the dealer said they were replacing after the test drive in which 2 tires went flat and we had to drive a half mile before we could pull over, were so bad and wobbly most likely because they just re-inflated the same tires which kept losing air every couple of weeks until we had to put 4 new ones on it because the tires it came with were making the car dangerous to drive as the tires were not even round (also not even all the same brand) and got worse and worse, causing a progressively worse issue shortly after we got it. With a 60 day warantee I Know they would say it was our problem after 60 days so we had them replaced at a tire shop on South St. Bottom line is for that and a few other reasons I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Each time we went there there was something negative that was not in our best interests, only theirs. Dealers also get you financed but do your homework and get the car at the BUY RATE so the dealer doesn't add to that to make kickback money on a higher rate than the buy rate. Happens all the time. Keep in mind that we did research prior. Checked CarMax, Cars.com, Kelly Blue Book, and assorted other sites so we had an idea of what to expect. On arrival, we first met with Jason Higgins, the sales manager. Extremely personable, welcoming and professional. He brought us to Scott O'Connell, the salesman. If you buy a car at Haddad, (and you should), ask for Scott. No games, no gimmicks, just honest respectful sales help. He listened to what we wanted and then presented cars that were available. Didn't try to switch or talk us into something. Let us test drive the car without reservation. Once the car was decided, he gave us the sales price. While I will not disclose details, the offer made the trip more than worthwhile and family and close friends cannot believe the price based upon the research. Additionally, no one tried to push us to buy any thing that we didn't want. You know, the "poly-razzmataz" stuff. Car was ready and delivered as promised. We will be return customers. More
