Professional .... Efficient ... Organized I had a problem with my AC in my Highlander. I retired to the lovely new waiting room and before I knew it Bryan came to let me know it was all set.... he was very helpful and kind and professional. The price was just what he had quoted and I drove home in comfort... !!! More

My salesman Steve was exceptionally courteo I purchased a used 2011 Rav4 from Haddad last month and could not have asked for more from the experience. My salesman Steve was exceptionally courteous, knowledgable, and most importantly, patient. Needless to say, any car buying experience is stressful, regardless of how prepared you may be, but never once did I feel pressured or that I was wasting his time. After test driving a few different vehicles that I saw online, I settled on my Rav, and negotiated a very fair price. Since I purchased from out of state (Connecticut), Steve arranged to have one of his runners handle the registration and deliver the car right to my door at no extra charge. Jeff from the parts department was also EXTREMELY helpful and expedient with my request to acquire a spare tire/wheel since the sport model that I purchased does not come equipped with a spare. Overall, I had a great experience with the folks at Haddad. I think it's safe to say that, unlike some other dealerships out there, Haddad's not in the business of cheating people, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. More

Great Service experience Had my truck in for the 15,000 mile service, I was concerned as the facility is undergoing a MAJOR rebuild, so I was worried about the work getting do Had my truck in for the 15,000 mile service, I was concerned as the facility is undergoing a MAJOR rebuild, so I was worried about the work getting done promptly & the safety of my vehicle while it was there. Nate Brown was quick to greet me & had my truck taken in right away. I was given a ride to my work place. 45 minutes later Nate called me sent me pictures of my cabin air filter, seems I had a mouse in it that had made a mess of it & he had a price for me to replace it. Shortly after I was called & told my truck was ready & they sent the shuttle to get me. My truck was waiting for me, all work completed & looking much cleaner than when I had dropped it off! The charges were very reasonable & Nate went over the bill & the technicians inspection report. Service Manager Chris Church also stopped by to say Hello & his brother Jeff who works in parts saw me & came over to say hi too. All around it was a great experience despite the condition these guys had to work in with the redo of their building, they are a great team & that's why I keep going back to them! More

It took some time to locate the car which was getting the mirror worked on at their Nissan dealership. The first question that I asked was what the warranty was. I was told 60 days so I made an appointment the following afternoon to see the car. It also took her a visit to the sales manager to get them to agree to the internet price. I left work early to meet the salesman and drive the car. Several times during the visit I asked about the warranty and again it was 60 days. I agreed to buy the car and asked about the documentation fee. It was explained and they also said that since I lived out of state I would get a check for my inspection. Several weeks later they said it was a mistake and I got no check. It was during the signing of the papers with the finance manager that it was finally disclosed that the warranty was only 30 days. Bait and switch for sure. I asked that they hold up to their word since I traveled to buy this car. Their answer was that they were losing money on the sale so no. They kept telling me that they were losing money. I am a customer and they are guilting me by saying they are losing money. Not very tactful sales strategy. Since I really wanted the car I bought it. I was also told that the car would get a complete detail before I picked it up. The car was not cleaned and in fact there was still actual dirt on the rear seat from their muddy parking lot that was there during the test drive 5 days earlier. After the purchase I had to bring the car back 5 times for repairs. Three times for the same coolant leak which they did resolve. The last time was for a heated mirror not working and a gas cap light. They would not address the mirror since it was not part of the 30 day safety warranty. As for the gas cap light I was told that I would need to bring the car to BMW and pay to have them fix it. Are you kidding me. Buy a car from a dealer and have to pay another to fix it. At this point I was done with them. I never felt as though they really cared about me as a customer except for one of the sales managers. My girlfriend bought a new car from them in the past and neither of us will go there again More
