11/14/2022 car is still at HW Kia! 102 days since the problem started. I was told my car would be ready on 11/11 but they didn't get to it. Same situation today. If more than 100 days in service does not make it a priority, then what does? The GM, Jeff Martin is WORTHLESS.i have contacted him 3 times. The second time he said he would look into it and follow up on Friday but of course he never did. This is exactly the type of service you should expect if you buy or service your vehicle at HW Kia. You've been warned... 11/4/22 update: since leaving a 1 star review, HW Kia is much more responsive. (Who knew a Google review had so much power?) James is my new service advisor and communication has improved significantly. Although the problem has not yet been solved, they have done more in the last week than in the past 80+ days to try to find a solution. I am hopeful they will find a solution and I will continue to update this review. 10/26/22. Nothing but problems with my 2021 Kia. Has been at HW Kia for 77 days since March this year. I always have to call the dealership for an update. They seldom, if ever, call me. Been dealing with the same problem since August 4 and still do not have my car back. My service adviser says he will do something but then hardly ever follows through. Lots of empty promises. Parts ordered but never installed. Definitely will be the last Kia I buy! More

It’s past 30 days to get our plates done. So late fees now for us to pay and not even an offer to cover this cost either. It’s been a real sh;t show. More
We visited HW Kia to purchase a used car for an Afghan refugee family with money from St. Vincent de Paul, so the entire transaction was confusing to start with. We were STUNNED that the wife, Hasina, refused to let us purchase the car because it was red and her brother was killed in a red car. Alyssa was very understanding that we cancelled the transaction even though we'd signed most of the paperwork. I would HIGHLY recommend Alyssa and HW Kia to anyone. More

Contacted them regarding a new Sportage and was told yes it was available but they were asking for and additional nearly 11k over MSRP for the car. This is approx 26% above sticker. I will say I appreciated them being up front with their price gouging and saving me a trip. Caleb did a great job explaining the deep research they put into determing why it was reasonable considering the lack of inventory etc but definitely would avoid a place where this type of ludicrous mark up.is consider ethical. I got sold a Lemon 2018 jeep to be exact The customer service (Jason,Alyssa, and Michelle) is horrible they take forever to call you back they don’t handle complaints you will not talk to bid D.I bought service (Jason,Alyssa, and Michelle) is horrible they take forever to call you back they don’t handle complaints you will not talk to bid D.I bought a car on May 21 and on May 24 the check engine light came on with the battery light and it cut off I took it to the service department and they stated that since the check engine light went off there was nothing they could do I told the bank they called me about financing that I was uncomfortable with keeping the vehicle under the circumstances that I’ve only had the car for a week and it has broken down approximately three times and has yet to be serviced there’s no way I should purchase a car and then have to schedule an appointment for service you should’ve had all of this fixed before you sold me the car horrible experience do not recommend would never return your better off going to a buy here pay here lot More

I bought a new kia here and the sales department was great. Unforunately, I made the mistake of buying the extra chip and dent wananty. I had a small chip in my windsheld in December and thought it would be a easy quick repair and scheduled an appointment with their website. After the email stating someone would be contacting me soon no email/phone call followed up. I called a week later and was told that they would get back to me. A few days later after not hearing from the dealership I called again and they lost my phone number and the "glass guy is outsourced" so they would get back to me again. This happened three more times and I am still waiting on an appointment. If the review was for "giving customers the run around" they would get 5 stars. More
November 1,2021 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The funny thing is I purchased a vehicle paid for full coverage insurance and have received my first car billing statement and my husband dealership. We were assigned a car salesmen by the name of Jace which I would never recommend anyone to use. Once my husband and I picked out our vehicle he sent it back to get detailed cleaned. Jace then came back stating how the service engine light came on which was a lie and how he wasn't comfortable with letting us leave with the vehicle. Jace then stated how he would have everything fixed by that Wednesday. I haven't heard from Jace at all he's sent me 2 text messages and that's all basically giving us the run around. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Jason that Friday and we still don't have a vehicle. The dealership screens your calls so they won't answer the phone. It's been a very stressful process dealing with this dealership. It's hard to get back up there due to me working 2 jobs and my husband is a parapoligic so it's hard for him to get to the dealership without me and without us having transportation. I'm praying this nightmare will be over soon. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
