I had taken my 2024 EV6 i’ve only had it nine month's in for a recall, and with that I also explain to the service advisor the way my windows are freezing up on the inside and i have video was told to bring for a recall, and with that I also explain to the service advisor the way my windows are freezing up on the inside and i have video was told to bring it back when it happened again and she would put me in a rental and keep it. so a couple days later, it happened again with the freezing of my windows, inside so I took it in and and the service lady I spoke with on the issue wasn’t very kind. Told me just make an appointment and bring it in. I asked about a loaner car was told No, so I made the appointment but unfortunate. I couldn’t keep it. I did call back spoke to a gentleman. He pretty much told me couldn’t do much referred me to someone to call to see if they could find anything that’s causing my inside windows to freeze up. The first go round of the visit I did email the service advisor that I was talking to pictures of the inside of my vehicle and asked her on the voicemail’s if she could return my call. No return calls or nothing.that’s call xxxx poor service . So needless to say, I won’t be returning back to that dealership in the beginning they were pretty nice, so now I’m dealing with another dealership hopefully we can resolve it. If not, I’m in contact with Kia. Will Just start a BuyBack More
I previously worked there and I've witnessed all the shady things they do to get money out of people id recommend you go somewhere else that place is scummy the sales mangers seem nice at first but they shady things they do to get money out of people id recommend you go somewhere else that place is scummy the sales mangers seem nice at first but they quickly show their true colors I wouldn't recommend going there for anything and they often drive customer vehicles recklessly around the lot I've even witnessed them crash on occasion, don't go here More
Service manager Steve was very unprofessional. The Kia Soul had been having oil issues since 101,000 miles. Engine wasn't covered under the Kia settlement because it wasn't a rod bearing issue.The vehicle is undriveable at 139 thousand miles.Car couldn't get from one oil change to the next without adding 1 to 2 quarts of oil.All my maintenance has been done when needed and oil changes.Last time I checked an engine is what makes the vehicle run.They also tried to collect almost $200 that was never discussed prior to being done before they would release it to a tow truck driver.I would not recommend this repair shop or buying anything Kia. Also when the oil issues first started I was promised a engine replacement by a higher up there named James which was missing in action when the vehicle was brought in.Will never own another kia. More
Took my daughter to get her first car on her own! Sent her while I was a work to test drive. She said Nate, Darren, and Jeff were so nice to her. Thank you for the amazing experience with my daughter's first grown up purchase on her own. I will be sending everyone I know your way for a new Kia. My daughter loves the car too! I financed a Kia k5 here and it was supposed to be brand new. It had some damage in the undercarriage, and when I went to go to have it fixed there, they took my car back from me and told me the financing w new. It had some damage in the undercarriage, and when I went to go to have it fixed there, they took my car back from me and told me the financing went through after they had already signed the pink slip over to me basically, I would never ever go there or recommend anyone go there. It’s a scam. Also, they have a separate department for the people who call in from the black radio stations. They asked me if I was referred by the black radio station. They didn’t use those words but I don’t remember the name of the station or was it something else and I lied and said it was something else who I called in through because I could tell they were already trying to discriminate And not take care of people they called him from the black radio station. So I would never recommend this. More
I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive at this dealership. It was confirmed in person *and* via automated text. I am prepared to buy right now. No one informed me, despite the fact I had a confirmed appointment, they had my contact info, and I arranged my entire day around THEM. No real apology or effort to seek my business. Believe me, I will NOT RETURN. More
