The prices look good on the surface but as you dive deeper into their business practices, they make all the money in charging an abundance of fees. After getting an out the door price of a vehicle it deeper into their business practices, they make all the money in charging an abundance of fees. After getting an out the door price of a vehicle it was over two thousand more than what was advertised and that does not include taxes and title. Shady business practices. If you want the vehicle shipped, that even more money...RIP OFF More

Beware the great reviews. As soon as you decide to purchase the vehicle, the salesperson has you to immediately write a review. Of course he or she has been very helpful and you're excited about the purchase the vehicle, the salesperson has you to immediately write a review. Of course he or she has been very helpful and you're excited about the new car. Up until that point, we were very satisfied and wrote a great review. We were visiting Florida from out of state and found the car we had been looking for at a decent price. The sales guy was very helpful, although he really didn't have to sell anything. We had done the research and knew what we were looking for. The actual "buying" experience took several hours. The finance guy had multiple packages to sale and talked us into a prepaid maintenance package that turned out to cost us $1,600 for about $450 worth of oil changes. We are in the process of cancelling that now but haven't received the refund yet. The car was purchased at the end of November and two months later we still don't have a license plate. The paperwork was originally sent to the wrong county and returned to the dealership. After the first replacement for the temporary tag, they don't seem to have followed up on anything. We have been trying to get a temporary tag for two weeks. They have promised to overnight it 3 times and we still don't have it or the tracking info. The person in charge of this is never available when we call and will not return calls. We have been driving with an expired temporary tag for over a week and have no clue when we will get the permanent one. They were very happy and eager to make the sell, but from that point the customer service STINKS!!!! More
