I have had to use 2 salesperson because the first was unresponsive. Now the second is as well. I feel like I'm begging to buy a car from them. My messages will go without response. I have filled out two unresponsive. Now the second is as well. I feel like I'm begging to buy a car from them. My messages will go without response. I have filled out two credit applications for them and took a hit on my credit for nothing since they can't get back to me. Totally unprofessional. I'm really disappointed because I really wanted a vehicle they had. It seems like this place doesn't want business so take yours elsewhere. For the record, I rarely leave reviews but that's how annoying this process has been. More

0 stars! Nothing but issues since buying a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan in September. Before purchasing, they agreed to fix sensors on the vehicle so I set up an appt to return it the following week. I was told it would take a couple hours and it turned into WEEKS to fix with barley any communication or explanation during that time. I now just had to replace all 4 tires already because it supposedly has been out of alignment since purchasing and the trailing arm is rusted out from an accident shown on the CARFAX when I was told everything from the accident was fixed prior to purchase. They don't answer the phone or return calls and they simply do no not care when you do get someone to speak to. Having to spend thousands of dollars in repairs on a vehicle that had only 4,000 miles at the time of purchase is a shame! More

After 5 days white smoke was coming out of exhaust, they refused to do anything about it. Bad bad, rep was good until u sign. Keven was a lie, he said many things that are not true.
